The more information we have, the better we can determine if you may be able to fix it on your end or if Radical Firearms must have your item sent back to the Factory.
CUSTOMER ASSURANCE SHIPPING POLICY: For all returns submitted, a non-negotiable, non-refundable flat rate of $20.00, which has been arranged with our carriers, will be charged to begin the warranty claim process before an RMA return label is issued. (This helps us to track the RMA, should the need arise.)
