Good customer service April 3, 2016 Reviewer: Landon McDowell from Centralia, MO United States   I know the wait time is long but at least they are up front about it.  I emailed a week after my initial order wanting to change it, and James got back to me same day and we talked on the phone the next day.  They changed my order and refunded me the difference.  So far so good! Still waiting March 29, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from UT United States   I know that there may be high demand, but the wait seems like forever!  It would be nice to receive some sort of an update every now and again so at least I know how soon I can expect things.  Albeit does say up to 8 weeks but I'm on week 7 right now and haven't heard a thing.  It would be nice to hear that my order is doing something other than just processing so at least I can feel like it is moving somewhere!  Excited to finally get it though and very satisfied with the price! Worth the wait March 26, 2016 Reviewer: Steph from Azalea, OR United States   Ordered this upper at the beginning of February. It arrived near the end of March. This product is WELL worth the wait. Quality is comparable with a certain manufacturer demanding several times the price. Brand "N" will take just as long to ship an upper. My only gripe is that the Lantac Dragon muzzle device isn't offered, but I have a local supplier. Fit and finish are exceptional, and even with the SOCOM-profile barrel it's lighter than expected. Nice balance with the Magpul ACS. I'll be using Radical again. Was this review helpful to you?

I own a radical upper.... March 7, 2016 Reviewer: James Leber from Perry, IA United States   I have this exact upper on my other build. It's rock solid and so worth the money.
