I was looking for a second upper assembly for my PSA lower, something bigger than the .223 Wylde for hunting whitetail.  Frankly, I was cautious due to the unbelievable price for the 300 BLK.  After checking out the reviews, and calling RF to answer a couple of my questions (great customer service), I ordered.  The upper arrived in less than 2 weeks in great packaging.  I pinned it with no issues with a decent fit.  My standard PSA BCG and CH fit right in.
I mounted a cheap Bushnell I had laying around, after buying a 3/4" riser block.  Walmart had cheap Rem UMC 120gr, so I bought a couple boxes.  After a quick swab with a bore snake, I ran a few rounds to dial in the scope...everything worked flawlessly.  Once sighted in, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the accuracy and grouping.  I wish I found this upper before buying the Bear Creek Armory .223 for $100 more...damn!
Excellent upper at a better price!  Recommending Radical Firearms to all AR enthusiasts.

Read many comments all over the place that 16" barrels with pistol gas system were extra dead weight or could even hinder performance. Rolled the dice, and was not shocked to find it arrived in perfect condition just as the other item I had previously ordered had. Fit and finish were spot on. Some say these aren't "true mil-spec" and if that makes them sleep better for paying absurd markups, so be it. Measure it yourself if you purchase. Same dimensions, same materials and assembly, same finish. Durability hasn't been an issue for the 5.56 upper and I doubt the .300 will be any different. Paired with a Rock River lower and Vortex Spitfire 1x. Added an AFG to the free float rail and off to the range. On target immediately and stayed there throughout the day. 600 rounds later it is still dead nuts on at 50-100 (my range limitation) and has cycled every type of ammo available. I tried each one. Remington supersonic 120 OTFB works best.

5 of 5 Great upper for Plinking, Target, or hunting. May 10, 2017

bought this about a year ago and has put about 500 rounds through it and it works very well.  at 50 yards I'm hitting groups .5 inch big drilling my rounds through the hole time after time.  this upper i set up as a plinker and my Semi Auto hunting rifle and i have already harvested a couple of deer with it.  only thing i have to say is the hand guard is a little big but can change it easily.  over all great upper and will look into buying another upper either another 300 black out or a 5.56 upper.
